The foundation of most training plans are Pilates-based, especially if you come with lower back issues or injuries. We think it is important to understand a person's body, fix alignment issues and build a strong foundation before picking up weights or stepping on the treadmill. You will learn how to limit excessive movement in the body, improve core stability and restore quality movement and form, all of which will improve your performance on the gym floor. After this initial phase (the timeframe varies from person to person but is generally no longer than 4 weeks) we implement a variety of methods to help you reach your goals.
