  • I’ve been going to Jo’s Pilates group class since it started several months ago. The class is friendly and welcoming and I really feel that the exercises are making a difference. I also feel I am in safe hands with Jo. She is careful to tailor exercises to us individually where we have particular needs, in my case osteoporosis and the risk of lower back pain. I also had an individual one to one session with her and she worked out an individual programme for me, which I can follow at home, and also means that I understand when I need to do something slightly differently from the group – and what that is, but she also keeps a check on each of us during the class to ensure we are positioning ourselves correctly.
